CANCELLATION POLICY



Bookings

Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that's why we have a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with.
To secure your booking appointment, a deposit may be required. We accept payments from Visa Debit/Mastercard.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice you will be asked to pay a 50% cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to

reschedule, and the full fee will still apply. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for your next appointment.

No-Show Policy

You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited and the full fee will apply.

Emergency Situations

We allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client's situation.
